     For the past seventeen years, attorney Richard Sands has been helping injured people by providing high quality legal representation for their Auto Accident, Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation and Wrongful Death cases. His aggressive style and personal attention to detail have helped Rich establish a proven track record of achieving successful results.      Born and raised in Warwick, Rich earned a B.A. in Political Science in 1991 from the University of Rhode Island and went on to receive his law degree in 1994 from Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, PA. In law school, Rich achieved honors in both trial skills and client counseling.

     During his early professional development, Rich gained experience by working at every positon in a busy personal injury firm. His jobs included answering phones, legal intern, paralegal and finally as an associate attorney after graduating from law school. After working for several years as an associate, Rich founded his own firm in 2002. By learning every aspect of personal injury practice from the ground up, Rich brings a unique perspective to his representation that provides his clients with unparallelled attention to every detail of their case.

     Rich also prides himself on his ability to meet with a client, identify their legal issues and explain how the law applies to their case in an easy to understand manner.  It is Rich's personal philosophy that effective communication between attorney and client is one of the most critical elements to the ultimate success of a case.

     In 2002, Rich was afforded the honor and privilege of being admitted to practice before The Supreme Court of the United States.   In addition, Rich is admitted to practice before our state and federal courts.
